Trouble activating Spotify Premium via Vodafone (Italy)

Hi. Today is was trying to activate my free premium subscription for 12 months that comes with my Vodafone plan on my account.

After all the steps, and after logging into my Spotify account from the Vodafone site wizard, I get redirected to a page that says that the promotion is active (attaching a screenshot here, it's in Italian but you get the idea). Then, after logging in and logging out, I'm still on the Free plan.

I tried both logging in with Facebook or with plain username and password (they both lead to the same account).

I searched the forum, and the problem other folks was having looks related to the fact that their premium subscription wasn't over yet, but I never had a premium subscription and I never used any discounted promotion (besides the free month, of course). My account looks "clean" and, from what I read on the internet, it should work.

Can somebody help?

Hello @andreasprega,

you should contact Vodafone for this problem as I don't see anything Spotify related on Spotify's side.
