Trouble changing facebook account

When I try to disconnect my spotify to my facebook account following the steps at spotify.com it doesn't work. When I click into setting-sosial, it doesn't stand "disconnect from facebook". Check the photo for what i says in my phone. I have aldo tried this on a computer and it doesn't work there either. How can I fix this?

I'm not sure, but did you created your account through Facebook?

If you created your account through Facebook, then I think you wouldn't be able to disconnect Facebook from it, you'll need to create a new account and just transfer your playlists.

I'd suggest you to get in touch with Spotify through their Contact form, or you can email them directly at support@spotify.com, so they can check your account from their end, and to assist you in creating your new account.

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
