Trouble log in using the app

Hi, I'm having a hard time trying to log in thru the app, my account is working if I use safari but not with the app. I even tried to change my password but it's not working either. Any help would be really appreciated!!! Thanks

Can you provide some more details please, what device are you using, what version OS is it running, what version of Spotify you are using, are you trying to login while connected to Wifi or mobile data?
