Trouble with password resets

Hello

My son, who is attached to my account through Spotify for family, can't remember his password. We try the password reset, we then receive the link to reset and when we click on this it loads the web page to reset the password which we enter a new one but when we go to update it loads an entry saying the form has expired. We have tried this about 4 times and still canot reset his password.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey Garrick, welcome to the community!

Sometimes the web browser's cookies or cache play games on the pages we try to use. Try copying the password link from the email and paste it in an incognito window.

If that doesn't do the trick, try resetting the password again using a different device or network.
