Troubles with student discount

I had Spotify Premium and just started using the Student Discount. Why can't I make any of the playlists available offline (on the app)? When I hit "subscription," it says free, but I switched my account to a student account the other day. Spotify is my only source of music and I'm sure you can understand how frustrating this is. Thank you for your help!

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
