Try for 99ct per month, but charged 9,99 straight away?

I've signed up for an offer, €0,99 for 3 months, €9,99 thereafter. But I have been charged €9,99 straight away. What's the plan here? Not well explained anyways.

No, I'm just signing up for the first time. This is really **bleep**ty customer service! Still no solution... I'm really quite angry about this.

Has the payment method been used for Premium in the past? (even if it was for another account)

Nope, never used Spotify before...

It's a real shame customers are left to sort these things out for themselves, instead of there being proper customer care. Really shameful...
