Trying to accept Family Plan invite but getting an confliction

I was trying to join my wife's family premium plan through the email invitation. It gave me an error saying I had 2 subscriptions in the past 12 months and it wouldn't let me continue to getting premium. What do I need to do to clear this up and get on my wife's plan.

 

Message after trying to register for Family premium:

"You can't join this Premium for Family account.
You already joined two subscriptions in the past 12 months."

Hey HossBoss, I will help you with that! Fist you need to go in your existing Spotify account and check your account information (email). Check with your wife if she send the invitation to the correct email address. Sometimes people have more then one email exemple Gmail Hotmail.... If you are using Facebook logging. She should send the invitation to the address linked to your Facebook.
