Can't login and not receiving reset email

Hi, can you please help me login to my account? My userid is 'vinuneuro'. I tried resetting the password but I'm not getting the reset email in any of my email accounts so I'm not sure what email address it is going to. Could you at least please tell me which is the email address for the account? I'm a Premium subscriber. Thanks!

EDIT: I just realized it is going to my university email which I no longer have access to. How do I get myself out of this situation?

Hey vinuneuro, have you try to contact your University to get a temporary access on your old email address?
