Trying to re-subscribe to premium, but I keep getting this message

Hi all. I was subscribed to Spotify premium and things were going smoothly, but I got a new debit card and I needed to update my billing information. I tried to do that and it wouldn't let me. I was on a student discount but I graduated (and I've been charged 10 per month since then), and when I tried to update my information, it kept asking for my college information and wouldn't let me finalize the payment info. I thought that maybe it was glitched so I canceled premium with the intention of resubscribing, but whenever I try to upgrade again, I get looped back to the same page with this message at the top:

 

"Unfortunately, there is no support at the moment to make this type of change to your subscription. Contact our customer service team who can help you further."

 

I just want to re-subscribe 😞

Hey @xSarabean,

 

I'd recommend cancelling your subscription here and then wait until it expired so you can re-subscribe again on https://spotify.com/premium using the new payment method 🙂
