Trying to remove Account Manager

We signed up for Spotify a long time ago. I'm pretty sure I deleted the plan manager account. But it's still visible and I can't get find an email related to the account. I'm trying to move the plan under my active account. When I go to sign in to what's listed as the plan manager account it says "email or username isn't linked to a Spotify account" If that's the case, why would the username still be showing as the plan manager on our plan?

My question is, how can I delete the plan manager account and move everyone under the active account?
