Trying use my spotify premium code

Hi!

I live in malaysia and I bought a one month spotify premium card using MOL. I go on to spotify and on the redeem section, I can't get past the zip code...

I've tried a code for the country I am in, I've tring one for US, I've tried turning on a US VPN and then trying a US code but still nothing... can I not use a spotify premium code from Malaysia?

No idea what MOL is but a code can only be used in the country where it is issued so if the code was issued in the USA, it can only be used on a USA account. If your spotify country is Malaysia, you won't be able to use that code on it I'm afraid.

You can get direct support from spotify here. I'm not sure if they'll be able to do anything in your situation but it's worth reaching out to them. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it to speed things along.

It's working now, dunno what changed.. all i I did was change my country back to USA and then back to malaysia...
