Two accounts with one email

My Question or Issue

 So Spotify decided to make a new account for me with random numbers and made that one a premium, i still have the old one that wasn't numbera but that one doesn't have premium on it since the new numbers account. I tried to reset password but I don't get any email from the numbered account only now when I emptied my bank account to stop payments I got an email saying there were not enough funds to charge me for premium. Why do I have two accounts in the first place anyway? Change the username to numbers if you really need to but dont make a second account i cannot log in to, this is too confusing now. Please help.
