Two accounts

I have one account with my Facebook and I have the premium. Currently using & love it.

I accidentally made a different account with my yahoo email. This charged my account 4 times with a payment of $5.40.
How do I get a refund ?
How do I cancel that account so it doesn't charge my account again ?
