Two times you bill me for Spotify Family!

Hello, for some problems in my spotify account, Ithe first time a payspotify Family it seems that it doesn`t work, so a few days later, when nobody of my family cant logg, I logg myself again, with the same account and same credit card, and now you bill me twice the same item! I want my money back, because a only need I spotify family.

I have no email to send you directly (very bad by the way)...so I must post here. 

Waiting for some answers.
