I would like to start this off with, until I want to temporarily cancel my subscription for finacial reasons, I loved Spotify. Now I am unsure if I will every re-subscribe once I am FINALLY unsubscribed. There needs to be a real customer support where I can pick up a phone and have this problem solved in moments. I just want to unsubscribe to spotify before I get charges May 2. I can't do this via their snail mail form, and their online cancelation prigram keeps giving me errors and sending me back to the begining. HELP.

Have you already tried a different browser to see if that works better?
