US iphone download vs Norwegian account

Hi,

Hope someone can help me out on this. I downloaded Spotify on my Iphone while in the US even though I had a Norwegian account. Back In Noway I got the 14 days limit. Changed the account setting and everything worked fine until today (half a year). 

Had to download Spotify on my Iphone again¨and now get the 14 days abroad message again. The information in my account is still Norway and I'm in Norway whith a Norwegian operator. 

Any suggestions?
