My Question or Issue

Ich möchte meinen Account von Einzel Premium auf einen Familienaccount Premium Umwandeln. Da mein Spotify Account noch über die Telekom läuft hat die anfrage bei der Telekom nicht geholfen. Deshalb hier die frage ist eine Umstellung möglich und kann ich meine Playlists behalten falls ich zuerst bei der Telekom den Account kündigen muß?

If i understand correctly, you want to upgrade your subscription from Premium to Premium Family and you're unable to do so due to the fact you're using a mobile provider to pay for the service.

 

To answer your question, you can first of all view all the available payment methods for you here.

 

Due to the fact you're using a mobile provider, you'd have to cancel your current subscription in order to change the payment method to a valid one for Premium Family.

 

Upon canceling, your current subscription will revert to the Free subscription and all of your content will be saved for you to when you resubscribe to any sort of Premium.
