Unable to change countries nor method of payment.

Unable to change countries nor method of payment.

I started my free three month trial in australia with an australian mastercard. However, I now live in Canada and wish to update my account with a canadian visa card. I am unable to change countries because the option is not available! Therefore, I can neither change my country nor change my method of payment! 

 

Please help?

Hey @simonsays2444,

 

You can update your country setting by doing the following:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left. 
  3. Click UPDATE.
  4. Enter your payment details. Make sure this is one that was issued in your new country. You’ll then be prompted to change your account’s country settings. 
  5. Your settings will change to the new country from your next billing date.
