Unable to change country information

Unable to change country information

Having searched before posting this seems like a common problem but I still need help.


I recently moved to the UK from Canada. I have a premium account and following the change country instructions does not work.  When I enter my UK payment details it tells me that the postcode is not valid for the account in question.  So how do I apply UK card details which has a UK postcode to an existing canadian account to then be able to change country? 


I am not using any VPN and my IP is in the Uk
