Unable to change my email

Unable to change my email

 

 

My Question or Issue:

I have tried several times of different devices and browsers to change my email address. I continually get an error message”There was a problem, try again. “

So quite ambiguous. Searches for solutions has not helped. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out. Not to worry, we'll gladly help you manage your account. 

 

You've already followed some of the best steps for something like this, so to add to that consider trying on different networks too. You can start a hotspot from your phone if necessary. If you use a VPN, disable it as that can cause communication issues with our services.

 

If the error persists, when exactly does it appear? When you click the Edit button, when you enter the new address or when you try to save the address? Or is the whole account page unresponsive?

Hello:

Yes I tried other network as well, phone hotspot. Same error. The error arises when I click “update email” button after entering my new email(twice) and password.

Since you've tried a lot of troubleshooting steps so far and you're still getting an error, I'd recommend reaching out to the folks over at Customer Support. They can help you update your email address directly.
