Unable to enter NUS card number

Hi

I am trying to upgrade to a premium account and use my NUS Extra card to get the student discount rate. When I go to the page it lets me put in my bank details for payment and move to the next screen to enter my NUS card number, however it wont allow me to actually enter my NUS number into the box. If I type in the number nothing appears. It's not the keyboard as it's one I use all day with no problem. My NUS card is in date and vaild until 2017. It feels like a technical problem with the page, but not sure where to go to get it resolved?
