Unable to log in

I believe I have created another account. I cannot log in. Won't accept password and when I try to create a new one it will not let me. Message. Sorry your form has expired

I am not sure what exactly your issue is, are you unable to reset your password? or are you unable to create a new account? or are you unable to login?

Also if you could please provide me with the device/platform you are using as well as the Spotufy version number that would be great!

Today I have been able to reset my password but when I try to login to my account it says user name or password incorrect. I have a premium subscription. 
I am using a Droid Galaxy S6 edge+.

Are you attempting to login using your email address instead of your username? You need to use your username not your email address to login if you login via the Spotify app 🙂

i have for some reason got 2 accounts on is the free on and the other is premium which ive been payin for for the last 8 months and i havent been able to access it  grrrrr:(
