Unable to log into spotify

(iPhone 16 pro max, Mac book pro M3, Dell desktop running windows 11, and IPad Air. 

 

 

My Question or Issue

When logging in it gives me an incorrect password message. Then when I try to reset password it says I don’t have an account. Then when I try to create an account it says I already have an account and need to log in.
