Unable to open my old account after logging in using Facebook

I am a paying Spotify subscriber on the grandfathered €5/month rate. I have a new laptop (Macbook Pro) and installed Spotify. I logged into Spotify using my Facebook account. Apparently, I signed up for Spotify with my email (not using the Facebook-signup method).

Unfortunately, I am not recognised as a paying customer anymore. 

The email address I signed up with is the same as my Facebook account. When I try to reset the password for my 'old' account, Spotify says I can't do so because it's a Facebook-connected account.
