Unable to revert back to basic

Hi there,

 

I recently cancelled my Spotify premium account, which was supposed to revert back to basic on the 22nd of Sept, however as of writing, it is still on Premium and still saying my account will revert on the 22nd of Sept. I want to resubscribe (and actually pay for it) but there is no way to get things back to normal even after trying to cancel several times.

I would suggest that you contact the subscriptions team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you! If you get an automated email reply, just reply to that message with your original query and a member of the team will be in touch to help you! 

 

They will reply by email so be sure to check your inbox as well as junk/spam folders 😉

This has been happening to me for ages.

 

I didn't have any money, yet my premium is still on??

 

I think it is a bug - a costly one for Spotify.

 

I will escalate this to the forum staff.
