Unable to sign up for premium trial

Hello,

I'm trying to sign up for premium using this link:

but am being told I'm ineligble.  I've never registered for premium before - can you assist?

I'm not familiar of the promo, but I see it's in Canada.

Is Canada your country in your Spotify profile page?

Make sure your IP address shows that you're in Canada. You can check it here

Maybe that's why it shows as ineligible.

Thanks for the response.  Both my account profile and country show as Canada but the promo is still showing as ineligbile.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
