I can't access free trial via smart mobile

I can't access free trial via smart mobile

I dont know why I cant subscribe to Premium. I tried the Spotify premium free via paying using mobile phone and then I entered my phone number they just dont send me the code, I tried my other phone number as well but still got no code and then I decided I'll try it again later maybe like 5-8 hours later still got no code and I tried entering my number again it says that "You've reached the limit on active subscriptions per mobile number for Spotify." Can someone help me with this problem? All your replies will be a very big help Thank you so much Godbless

Hello @Lunaticvoker. It looks like this issue is on the side of your mobile provider and not Spotify. I would recommend getting in touch with your carrier and seeing if they might be able to solve that issue for you first.
