Unable to upgrade

Unable to upgrade

Hey,

 

I came across this problem when trying upgrade with my mastercard.

 

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

 

My details are absolutely correct and I also tried using a virtual card and that didn't work either though another family member was able to upgrade and he uses the same bank.
