Unable to use current premium username and password to log onto TiVo box

Very frustrating. Virgin Media unable to help even after sending an engineer round. Any suggestions would be gratefully received

Do you normally log in using your Facebook email address and password? 

If so, you need to set a device password and retrieve your Spotify username and use those to log in instead.

Dear Peter

Thank you for taking time out to offer a resolution to my sign-in problem. Unfortunately I do not have a FB account so tend to log on using my Spotify  premium account 'username' and 'password'. It works on the computer but not virgin media TiV0. If you have any other suggestions for  resolving this frustration, I'd be very grateful. Best wishes

Okay, can you just double check for me your subscription status on your online overview states you have an active Spotify Premium subscription? 

What is the error message you get when trying to log in?
