Unblock User

Hi,

I am currently trying to unblock somebody on spotify. However when I search for this user I am getting "Couldn't find that page" message. Hence, I cannot press the 3 dots on their account to unblock them. I know the username for the person I am trying to unblock is correct. Please could someone advise me.

Hey @caljackson88,

It seems to me that you have both blocked each other.
When this happens, neither of you will be able to view the other person's profile & unblock them.

You could still try unblocking yourself from the other profile but I'm not too sure that would be possible either.
