Unknown devices

I keep seeing other devices on Spotify that are not my devices. I have a password for my account and I've changed it a few times over the past week, but I still continue to see this device on my list. I'm also using Fing to monitor my wi-fi, but I only see this device when I use Spotify, it doesn't show up in Fing. Is there a way to see all devices, or even better, is there a way to block unknown devices? Thanks, hope I can get this resolved 🙂

As far as I know you can't block devices from accessing your Spotify account. When other devices (eg. radio players) have a Spotify feature on them they can automatically show up regardless of if you have signed in on them or not... maybe somebody you live near has one?? But if you have changed your password I would say it's all alright.
