Unlimited not working

Unlimited not working

Hey! I had unlimited for months, but had a cancellation due to payment failure. After that I made a new upgrade to unlimited and the money was successfully withdrawn from my account (Oct 30th), but even a week later spotify wont recognize the subscription. When I log in here to check my account and subscriptions, it shows I do have the unlimited. What am I doing wrong?

Hello!

 

Hmmm.. thats a bit odd.You might want to contact Spotify directly for this so they can check the payment history and make sure it processed correctly on their end. Here is the form for that!
