Unsubscribed to all Mailing lists but still receive

I have unsubscribed to all Mailing lists for spotify but I keep receiving emails about playlists from hello@spotify.com at 5 am in the morning. Fix this issue please.

To check, are you going to Settings > Notifications in-app to toggle these on and off?

We'd also suggest going to your Notification Settings online at the official site to check that these settings read the same. If needs be, you can change them from there too.

If you've checked that these settings are all off on your devices and on the site, and it's still happening, get back to us with:

• A screenshot of your Notification Settings from the site
• A list of the devices you use, and how their notification settings are toggled
• Details about the latest email you recieved
• Where in your email account the messages land (E.G. Main inbox, Trash, Spam etc.)

Experiencing the same issue. Emails range from "Upcoming Shows" to "Fans First" in content. All notifications are turned off on settings/notifications page for BOTH Push and Email. All notifications are turned off on the ONLY iOS device that uses the account. Still receiving the emails!!! No other accounts (Facebook) are linked to this account. This is the only email that is applicable!
