To check, are you going to Settings > Notifications in-app to toggle these on and off?
We'd also suggest going to your Notification Settings online at the official site to check that these settings read the same. If needs be, you can change them from there too.
If you've checked that these settings are all off on your devices and on the site, and it's still happening, get back to us with:
- A screenshot of your Notification Settings from the site
- A list of the devices you use, and how their notification settings are toggled
- Details about the latest email you recieved
- Where in your email account the messages land (E.G. Main inbox, Trash, Spam etc.)
