Update Details button in subscription and payments section not doing anything

I've been trying to manage my subscription and the site is telling me:

 

'You do not currently have a payment provider connected to your account.'

 

There is then a button called 'Update details' to press which seemingly does nothing.  I get the same page every time I reload.

 

 

I signed up on iOS for Spotify Premium and realised my mistake when Apple charge £12.99 for signing up through the app store.

 

So I want to change my subscription and take advantage of the premium deals on at the moment.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Thanks for that.  I've managed to cancel the subscription but I still can't change or add to my subscription through the website, I'm still having the same problem there.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:
