Update credit card on file

My credit card was compromised. I need to update with new card.  Cannot sign into my account.  when I try, it says I am signed in through Facebook and to go onto Facebook settings and change password.  I just want to update my cc.  How do I get signed in?  I try my email address, and then my Facebook password, but it doesn't work.  Help
