My Question or Issue

I got a new card and need to change my details to continue paying for my account. But the account overview page won’t load and when I try to send a message to Spotify help directly, the text boxes stay blacked out and looks like they aren’t loading fully. No matter how long I wait. 
I don’t use any socials, so I can’t tweet them or Facebook msg or anything. It isn’t an internet issue.
