Update stopped me from logging in?

I am subscribed and my saved password which I've been using for over a year is suddenly now invalid for no reason using the same machine and process as usual. I use only six passwords and have tried them all to no avail, just to make sure a yearlong computer-saved password was somehow incorrect. I have reinstalled and the problem persists.

 

Unfortunately I have lost my email access and am unable to reset my password, I am now paying for a service I can't access and based on this development would be looking to contact my bank if this situation can't be remedied, all of which is highly unexpected and irritating.

 

Advice please? Thanks.

Hey @user-removed!

 

As you cannot access the accounts email address I recommend contacting Support about this issue, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on the online contact form.

 

They can sort this out for you 🙂

Thanks for the prompt response, was unaware there was a way to submit a querey after navigating the help section.
