Spotify sent me a Mail: 'Zahlung von spotify Premium fehlgeschlagen.'

I have checked my creditcard, but the Bank says, it is OK.

I have checked my bankaccount, ther is enough money.

I have have tried my spotify - konto giving in the numbers of my creditcard - got the same e-Mail from Spotify again:

'Zahlung von spotify Premium fehlgeschlagen.'

What else can I do? Is there something wrong with Spotify?

der support von spotify ist ja eine Katastrophe. Wo ist die Lösung ? Reagiert hier keiner drauf ?

Wollen die kein Geld verdienen ? Ich kann auch ohne Spotify leben.

Zahlung fehlgeschlagen, obwohl der Testeinzug von einem Cent erfolgreich war. Ich werde keine weiteren Eingaben mehr bzgl. Kreditkarte oder sonstiges machen. Dann gibt's eben kein Geld von mir.

Wer auch immer diesen Eintrag liest. Sehr schlecht gemacht liebes Spotifyteam.

I have the same problem. There is enough money on my bank account but Spotify sends mails with : Zahlung fehlgeschlagen
Although the bank details are right.

Seems to be the same failure as with me, try this: Your mastercard / visa card has got a proof Number on the back side! This proof number has to be given to the entryform of Spotify.
