MY ACCOUNT IS BEING HIJACKED AS I SIT HERE!!!!!

MY ACCOUNT IS BEING HIJACKED AS I SIT HERE!!!!!

I actually got help for this last night, but of course, the problem returned this morning. Last night, I noticed that my playlists were gone - I had 153 of them, and they were replaced by nine playlists by someone else.  Didn't catch the username for those lists.  My account is one of those that were made with a Facebook account, back when you couldn't start a Spotify account without a Facebook account.  I am here to tell Spotify that this was a HUGE MISTAKE and that I am living proof that it was a huge mistake. So I had the Spotify person reset my account to the state it was on April 14, 2017.  I also changed my Facebook password.  All was well, my playlists were restored, so I went to bed. This morning, before work, I look at the app on my new iPhone and those wretched playlists had returned.  Couldn't do much about it because I was at work.  Didn't even get to take a lunch.  I am supremely pissed off right now. I get home, send an email to get it resolved.  I look at my account and noticed that the playlists I had personally created are still gone, but my folder of Spotify curated playlists were still there.  Plus, all of my saved music is still intact.  I said, okay, I'll just listen to a curated playlist and worry about it later. I connected one of my old iPhones to my Bose bluetooth speaker to listen while reading a book, and all of a sudden everything goes haywire.  At first, the songs just stopped playing.  Turns out that some device called Flare S4 lite was trying to listen using Spotify Connect.  Next couple of minutes I'm at war with the owner of whatever the Flare S4 is, as we both try playing the songs we want to hear.  At one point, this cretin has the nerve to start playing "F--- You" by Lily Allen. Now I'm even angrier.  I've had a bad day at work and this problem has not been resolved and I wanted to do a live chat with Spotify customer support, not the stupid email because I want this resolved *now*.  At this point, I am willing to have them move all my stuff to a brand-new account that is completely not affiliated with Facebook, but now I can't even have that. The hijacker has seemingly stopped for now.  I have already sent in two emails to customer support.  I'm seriously thinking of ditching Spotify at this point.  First of all, I should have been able to disconnect my Facebook account from my Spotify account, regardless of how I created it.  Now, I should be able to block certain devices from accessing my Spotify Connect.  I can't even do that.  This is utterly ridiculous.

Another and maybe quicker way to get in touch with the Spotify staff is on Twitter (SpotifyCares) or on Facebook (SpotifyCares).
I hope this will get resolved, it sounds really bad.

Hopefully you don't have Premium on that account. The least I would do is let them hear the ads...
