Updated email address not recognised

Hi. I recently updated the email address on a different account, and now the new email address isn't being recognised and says no account is linked. Can you help?

If your Spotify account was created via Facebook, you'll need to update the Facebook email address for it to take effect on the Spotify account. You can find all the info on how to update your email address here.
