My Question or Issue

I am trying to update the expiry date on my credit card and it won't let me.  I keep getting an error message...  this message specifically "Something went wrong. Try again, or get help"

Hey @hpremo-ca, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

First, make sure that you didn't get charged for your Premium subscription (you can also check your account status here) and make sure that your card doesn't have any pending charges (this would mean that your account is already on Premium and you're good to go).

Once you've checked that and there aren't any charges, try following all the steps provided in this support article.

If you're still having trouble, send me a screenshot of what happens when you attempt to pay for Premium. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

It'd also be good to let me know if you're trying to get Premium or if you an existing Premium member.

Let me know how this goes!
