I have upgraded my account to unlimited. But spotify still says, that I have used the time limit for this month. I have already received a copy of the receipt.

I've upgraded to Unlimited and although I can play songs now I am still getting all the ads inbetween. I have logged in and out repeatedly, deleted temporary internet files etc but made no difference. Is there anyway to contact the people at Spotify for help?
