Good Morning Spotify, so i upgraded my account last night on my mobile device via my facebook login and i was charged the 9.99 for premium but when i logged in the next morning it says im still using spotify free. I sent a message to your Customer Support team. here are my details

 

Username: [Snip - Email address - Mod]

Upgraded account via webpage on my Nexus 7 Device

I upgraded on December 10th

I payed using my paypal account.

Paypal transaction ID 5G3827174Y911394D

 

please fix this for me i dont know what happened and would like to start using your service.
