I upgraded my account this morning and I am still unable to log on as a premium user. I have tried all steps except for D activate and reactivate my account as I don't want to be charged twice, Can you please assist as I would like to listen to my playlist?

Hey Wckeeper2001, welcome to the Community. Your account looks good to me - you started a trial today on an account created through Facebook. Logging in with your Facebook details should work just fine. Are you still seeing adverts on desktop as well as being unable to stream on mobile?
