Upgrade to Premium

I just upgraded to premium. I even suscribed right away without using the frre trial month. However,  the password I set for my devices is not working. Also, whenever I use it on my computer it keeps saying I haven't upgrade it. I don't have any of the benefits... Whenever I click on the upgrade button link from the Spotify app, it takes me to the website and it tells me I'm already a Premium user. I'm confused...

 

Does anybody know what's going on???

Please note it can take some time for a subscription to be activated if the Spotify servers are busy.

 

To determine if you have premium working, go to your account settings and manage your subscriptions. It will tell you from there.

To reset your password, please go to this link and follow the instructions: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/

 

If your account is not recognised as premium in an hour, please submit a support ticket on the contact form here: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/
