Upgraded. Accidentally have unlimited.

I recently upgraded to what I thought was spotify premium. My account status says I'm on unlimited and I'd really like to have mobile streaming. Is there any way to remedy this by converting my subscription?

AS fas as I know the only way you can do it is to upgrade to premium and you willget 2 weeks worth then the system will take your £9,99 again in 2 weeks for a month.

If it was originally Premium and you only got Unlimited, you would need to contact Spotify directly, you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to get everything to the way it should be 🙂

It depends on how you paid for your unlimited, if you paid by credit/debit card, you can upgrade to premium right now and convert your already paid for unlimited time over to premium from your online account. 

If you paid via gift/eCard, you will need to get in touch with support as outlined above.
