Upgraded to premium, but not getting it

Upgraded to premium, but not getting it

Hi.

 

I upgraded to premium early this morning, but i still hav'nt got it.

I've tried to log out and in, still nothing.

I also tried to reinstall my spotify, but still nothing premium.

I've got an amail about my payment was successfully, so why don't it work??

Going crazy here!!

No. It only say's spotify...

 

(Don't understand what happend here. I had to make a new account and username. jannesm86)

 

Since it appears you have multiple accounts, its very hard to pin down where that premium subscription will have gone without being able to see your accounts in more detail. Best thing to do is get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
