Upgrading through app store

Is it possible to upgrade to premium through the app store? I cannot find any buttons to upgrade. In the app store the premium features are shown with the price but i can not find anything to upgrade within the app.

Unfortunately subscriptions through iTunes are currently unavailable.

You can still get premium by going to http://spotify.com/premium
