Upgrading to Premium Movistar error invoice - Spain

Hi!

 

Today I upgraded to Spotify Premium through Movistar  (Spanish Mobile Operator ) but I just check my invoice from my account to see if I have cancelled correctly Spotify Unlimited and it appears a new Spotify Premium invoice without 40% discount. Movistar offers Spotify Premium discount of 40% in monthly fee for 2 years: 4,99 €+ IVA (VAT)= 6,03 €

As strange as it sounds, the best people to get in touch with are Movistar since they are the ones who will be managing your account (and control the payments).

Yesterday i saw Movistar´s offer to upgrade to premium but i just suscribe a two days trial free offer. I like and i upgraded to premium through Movistar. But in my device  (iphone) appears into the app my account "faltan 37 horas de tu prueba premium" or similar. Then, can i do something to have premium account inthis moment or maybe i must wait to the end the trial. In this case, automatically the account will past to premium?? (Yesterday i connect my spotify account with the Movistar subscription). T.y, and sorry for my english!

I can't see any Movistar Premium in the account with the username 'elojoqueves'. This would suggest it has been added to another account.

What I would suggest is talking to Movistar and asking what account the Premium has been attached to. Once you know this, you should be sorted.
