User name not associated with active acount

User name not associated with active acount

Every time I tried to log in for over 2 weeks now, it's telling me that my user name or pass is not correct. Tried to reset Pass and when I put in my name is says it's not associated with an active account. Tried to create a new name with my old name and it tells me it's in use. I don't want to start my playlist over.
